I’m so excited to have you here.

I'm an island girl from Trinidad & Tobago, now living in London, UK, with my partner for the past 20 years. My heart is in food—cooking with Trinbagonian flavours and baking delightful desserts. In Trinidad & Tobago, our love language is sharing food and "limin’" (our way of coming together and relaxing), which I embrace at every chance.

Growing up, I was surrounded by the delicious cooking of my mum and many aunts, so my passion for cooking and baking was ingrained early on. During the COVID pandemic, I embraced the opportunity to refine and evolve my skills and began sharing my creations with the world— from flaky parathas and spicy curries of Trinidad & Tobago to delicate macarons and other sweet treats from around the world. My love for food cultures and the beautiful islands of T&T further inspired us to create merchandise that reflects my baking passions and cultural pride and heritage. TLPT designs are brought to life by my partner, collaborating with Trinbagonian designers and creatives wherever possible.

My passion is to create mouth-watering desserts and dishes that celebrate Trinidad & Tobago’s unique flavours, culture, and traditions. Through recipes and stories, I hope to inspire others to pursue what brings them joy and sparks their creativity.
